May the kindness of the Lord be added to your day.
Do you get more from breaking a commitment, or by
keeping a commitment?
A work ethic, drawing the good out of life, and
allowing God to set the standard, were “house rules” established in the garden
When we break these rules, we have a Savior that still
loves us, and died for us.
Most commitments are broken because it was no longer
convenient to keep them.
Don’t make casual commitments that you don’t intend to
This is the foundation for falsehood.
Casual commitments you don’t intend to keep put you on
the path of the wicked.
The trend within our Christian society, is the
acceptance of this kind of thinking:
“We love people that talk, think, act like us”
Staying within the boundaries of a promise, no matter
how problematic it becomes, is a real commitment and true freedom.
Commitment to the ideal, without committing to the
reality, is a path to failure.
God’s commitments do not have a shelf life
